PAZO - Executive - Customer Support/Customer Success (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Associate to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Job Responsibilities/Duties :
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
- Visiting client sites whenever required
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Managing customers- accounts
-Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Co-mutilating with internal teams to discuss sales targets for upsell
- Generating daily, weekly, monthly reports for clients
- Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
- Reporting back on results
