Job Description:

Pazheri Business Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Branding Head to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our jewelry and real estate businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in branding, traditional marketing, digital marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.

- Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding, digital marketing, and social media.

- Proven experience in the jewelry or real estate industry is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
