Paz Care - Sales Development/Inside Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Qualifying leads received through marketing campaigns/website/procured data/data mining etc. as sales opportunities
- Mine actionable data through open sources creating healthy raw database for consumption
- Connecting with potential clients through cold call/email and other relevant platforms available
- Act as Front Line Representatives for the company and showcase the company/product effectively
- Building strong interpersonal relationships with client's key decision-makers (middle/senior management)
- Making effective sales pitch based on the identified needs of the prospects and navigate through objection handling effectively
- Proactively seek/identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings/calls with prospective clients and Sales team
- Co-ordinate with Sales Team for meeting outcome and subsequent follow-up.
- Report to Team Lead / Manager (daily/weekly/monthly) on key matrices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Who should apply for these roles?
- You have a relevant graduate degree
- You have excellent oral, written and listening skills
- You are well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- You have sound knowledge of sales performance metrices
- You have excellent business acumen and are persistent in spotting the right leads, following up and converting them to qualified prospects
- You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches
- You can coordinate with teams - both internal and external, and deliver successful outcomes
Experience :
- You have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in Presales/Inside Sales, Sales process, interfacing with key decision makers from HR, Finance, Comp & Ben vertical in an organization
