Payworld - Regional Head - East Region (5-12 yrs)
- Analyzing the market on the bases of potentiality and coverage.
- Collecting & creating the database of the prospective & qualified clients for the appointment of Agents.
- Fixing meetings & giving presentations to the clients.
- Handling the assigned territory and developing the distributors- network.
- Completing the initial documentation and paperwork for the appointment of Agent.
- Providing necessary support to the agent for the development of Agents infrastructure.
- Providing training on sales and installation and necessary details related to Payworld services. 8. Keeping a track on the development of Agents market and the movement of competitors in their assigned area/territory.

- Providing support to the distributors for the acquisition of retailers in the territory.
- Maintaining direct relations with High Net worth Individuals at respective region
- Responsible for over all administration of regions and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region.
- Ensure cost effective fund management among branches within the region.
