What you will be doing :
- Transaction information available with PayU provides rich insights into end-consumer behavior and provides ability to develop curated audiences to serve various use-cases. Information includes history of consumer's spend in various category, ticket sizes, day and time of transactions, location, device used to perform transactions, payment option used, frequency of charge-backs/refunds and more.
- Role is to provide best-in-class campaign management services by leveraging PayU audiences and delivering best value to client. The role entails:
- Working with advertisers including PayU merchants and provide best-in-class marketing solutions by leveraging PayU audiences
- Gathering requirement from clients on marketing campaign to be run, target segment, budget, success criterion.
- Recommend best marketing modalities to client including marketing platform to be used, audiences selection criterion, likely cost, campaign measurement process and attribution process
- Negotiate cost with client by leveraging subject matter expertise and Industry standards
- Work with agency, where required, to implement campaign or manage campaign in-house
- Device test and control strategy, allocate budget between platforms, in-house or agency to deliver best value to client.
- Manage campaign on day-today basis and ensure campaign success
- Where PayU provide audience solutions, provide subject matter expertise on audience selection methodology and price discovery process to ensure fair payout to PayU
- Provide subject matter expert inputs to create client pitches and accompany sales team to increase adoption of these marketing solutions
Basic Requirements :
- 2-4 years of total work experience in areas like :
- Growth manager driving large user acquisition campaigns through digital channel at leading companies and having in-depth knowledge of marketing platforms
- Working in campaign success team in digital Ad industry - Be it agencies, DSPs, etc
- Excellent understanding of campaign management and experience in managing multiple campaigns in the past successfully
- Post-Graduate / Graduate from premium college (Example: MBA from top colleges, B.Tech./ Integrated Degree courses from IITs / NITs / DCE / VIT / MIT-Manipal / BITS etc, Economics / Statistics from DSE / ISI / IIT, etc)
- Strong problem-solving orientation, Analytical orientation
