Job Location : Noida
Experience : Minimum one year of experience in handling social media escalations is mandatory
Process Overview : Operations - Calling/Email /Backend Process
Job Description:
- Looking for young talented professionals with relevant experience in managing Social Media Escalations
- Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
- Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
- Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required
Desired Profile :
- Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
- Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Our Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
- Should be okay with rostered week offs
