About Role :

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to lead the development and execution of our marketing product roadmap, conduct market research, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, experience in the banking and financial domain, and expertise in Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the brand roadmap for marketing products, including new features, enhancements, and go-to-market strategies

- Identify and track trending keywords and hashtags relevant to our brand and industry

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities

- Develop positioning, messaging, and creative strategies to differentiate products and drive adoption

- Monitor channel performance and success metrics, conducting regular analysis to optimize product performance and user experience

- Create comprehensive media strategies across On-page & Off-Page content, WOM on Meta platforms, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Plan and execute Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Social Media for marketing products, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive

- Preferred experience in the Banking and Financial Domain

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Expertise in Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
