Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Sales and Business Development skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
4. Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
5. Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Fluency in Tamil and English languages
8. Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus
Requirement:
1. Male candidates preferred.
2. Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
3. Should own a smartphone for work-related tasks.
