Paytm - Cluster Head - Sales (10-12 yrs)
Paytm is looking for Cluster Head across India with 10 to 12 years of Experience. As a Cluster Head, you- ll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives and helping them understand how Paytm products can create more efficiencies and automation while ensuring operational excellence for the organisation. This individual will be in a key client-facing role; building, creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop an execution strategy with clear business outcomes,success metrics, timelines and milestones
- Understand competitive landscape and able to position Paytm product well
- Generate leads
- Pursue accounts till closure
- Manage sales funnel
- Develop and maintain relationship with stakeholder including CXO level
What is required :
- 10-12 years of corporate sales experience
- Experience in facility management companies, handling admin department at corporate will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, highly persuasive- passionate about corporate sales
