Payso - Manager - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of merchants to use Payso's payment network and help merchants derive maximum value from it
- Contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and services
Requirements:
- You understand sales, are tenacious and persuasive. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great but not essential
- You have a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, have demonstrated the ability to function independently, and are willing-to-learn by doing
- You are articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and have the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- It is important that the candidate is a local of the city (Pune/Mumbai) he/she is applying to
- Should be excellent with communication
- The role involves intra-city travel and hence a 2 wheeler is a must
