PaySense - Associate - Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Retain potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
- Meet appropriate productivity and quality levels in support
- Apply proper service etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Display flexibility towards shifts as per business requirements
Requirements :
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with close deadlines
- Have experience in a Customer Service role or similar
- Need to be a graduate
