Roles and responsibilities for FSE :
- As a field executive, you will need to :
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Understand end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, presentations, demos, and closing the deal.
- Identify new shopkeepers to onboard into our payRup application.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Explaining about the payRup application to the shopkeepers/owners.
- Clarifying any doubts the shop owners have regarding the application.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs.
- The field executive must have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
