What you will be doing :
- You will identify and explore business opportunities through the channel ecosystem that will elevate the organization to the next level.
- You will manage channel relationships & be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our channel ecosystem.
- You will be managing sales and customer service experience, and should be able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
- Your goal will be to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
What are your responsibilities :
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a channel partner to securing a deal to leveraging the opportunity to the max
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present Payjo platform to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers- dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Who will be the right fit :
- 2-6 years of proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager / Alliances Manager.
- Knowledge of market research, channel sales and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Business acumen.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing.
