Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout their engagement with PayFX.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their specific financial requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional PayFX services, maximizing customer value and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to optimize their financial strategies.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and ethical standards.
