Experience: Fresher to 2+ Years
Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conversion : Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services.
Negotiation : Skillfully navigate the final stages of sales discussions, addressing objections and ensuring client satisfaction while finalizing contracts.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize closure rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for up selling.
Market Insight : Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales tactics and positioning.
Qualifications ;
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Knowledge of the full sales cycle, including deal closing, Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
