Job Description : We at Paycillin are looking for someone just like you: green, sharp yet blunt, pun-y yet funny, grammar nazi to create exciting content to help us reach out to doctors who need help managing everything they cant manage! Dont worry this will not involve you managing patients! We're an agile team and we want someone that's as quick as we are on their feet and with their wit, too. You'll spend your day talking to doctors, engineers curating and creating content which will be sent to doctors all over the country!

Responsibilities :

- Running online and offline outreach and promotion campaigns on social network platforms, blogs and forums

- Email marketing and SEO

- Understanding and monitoring social media analytics

- Website and social media optimization

- Writing, coordinating and distributing content

Key Skills required for the role:

- Excellent spoken English as well as Hindi (If you did not know that - Chikitsak- means Doctor in Hindi, we would be worried! :)

- Proven written communication skills with a passion for writing both short- and long-copy

- An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management

- Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Twitter and Facebook) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work

- An entrepreneurial attitude coupled with excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn;

- A proactive, service-focussed attitude towards clients and teams you work with

- An ability to remain calm under pressure and a resilient attitude towards challenges

- An ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and minimal fuss

- An ability to work collaboratively with a team
