Paycillin is looking for someone just like you: a glib, street-smart sales hound, who's willing to cut their teeth on a growing startup. We're an agile team and we want someone that's as quick as we are - on their feet and with their wit, too. You'll spend your day figuring out how best to sell our product to doctors all over the country who want to join the cashless revolution!
Responsibilities :
Reach out to potential doctor clients and set up meetings
Meet these doctor clients and closing the initiated sale
Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors
Figure out steps doctors need to take to achieve success with the product
Formulate, iterate and amp sales process
Organize and assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
Organize and assist with the preparation and delivery of product materials
Organize and assist with execution of medical conferences
Key Skills required for the role:
Sales DNA, targets matter to you and success matters to you
Successful on call/field sales experience with strong prospecting, proposal development, and closing skills
Excellent spoken English and Hindi Language Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work
An entrepreneurial attitude coupled with excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
A proactive, service-focussed attitude towards clients and the teams you work with
An ability to remain calm under pressure and a resilient attitude towards challenges
Requirements
You need to have the drive and the energy to make it in sales, this is not for the weak hearted. Stellar performers will rise quickly in the organization and make a name for themselves. If you want anything less, this job is probably not for you.
