Paybooks - Executive - Sales (0-3 yrs)
- Track leads end-to-end cold lead
- Own the cold leads till they are converted to valid prospect.
- Maintain Lead/Prospect Database.
- Lead segmentation and bucketing
- Produce Lead analytics at a fine-grained level in terms of channel, source, sub-source, lead status, disqualification reasons, etc.
- Trace the cycle time for Leads from one stage to another.
- Maintain relevant Lead Dashboards
- Maintain Database Integrity.
- Making Tele-calls to generate the meeting
- Providing the daily reports to the Manager
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines
