Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive Business Results : Execute digital marketing strategies to achieve impactful business results for clients.

- Campaign Analysis and Strategy : Analyze campaign requirements and formulate effective campaign strategies.

- Targeting and Ad Content : Identify the right targeting methods, prepare compelling ad content, and create creatives.

- Landing Page Setup : Set up landing pages to optimize campaign performance.

- Campaign Management : Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.

- Account Optimization : Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics.

- Keyword and Audience Selection : Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting, providing recommendations for campaign enhancement.

- Reporting and Analysis : Generate and share reports, participate in forming effective paid search strategies.

- PPC Campaign Launch and Optimization : Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns, overseeing accounts on search platforms.

- Budget Management : Monitor budget, adjust bids for better ROI, and track KPIs to assess performance.

- Copywriting : Write attractive and concise copy for advertisements.

- New Campaign Development : Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.

- Partnership Management : Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.

- Fraud Prevention : Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.

- Industry Awareness : Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Google Analytics Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Ads) preferred.

- Experience : Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional written and spoken communication.

- Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail.

- Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Global Stakeholder Experience : Experience working with globally distributed stakeholders.
