The Job You will be responsible for :
- Delivering the digital transformation roadmap.
- Ensuring business transformation deliverables account for current business process and include re-defining business processes where needed.
- Managing key stakeholders and communicating on project status, risks and key issues.
- Working with various teams to understand their requirements and implementing solutions accordingly.
Ideal Candidate :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Digital Transformation/Change Management role.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
