Paxal Stainless - Team Leader - Sales & Marketing (5-8 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Defines a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales.
- Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
- Heading entire end to end Marketing-Sales & Business Development function for Domestic Market & Exports Market of Stainless-Steel flat products (Stainless steel Coils, Sheets, pipes etc)
- Set-up the Marketing-Sales department from scratch for Stainless Steel wire rods, bars, coils
- Customer on boarding for Stainless steel market domestic in India & exports globally
- Marketing strategies, pricing, negotiations & final order to delivery/ensuring shipment
- Develop down the line team in Marketing-Sales for domestic & exports (Stainless steel long products)
- Comfortable to take extensive travelling with-in India & overseas for customer acquisition & market reach for stainless steel long products
Requirements :
- It's vital to have sales experience.
- Has sound business judgment, all-around commercial awareness, and sales skills.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
- Potent leadership qualities. Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
