Pattem Digital - Visual Graphic Designer (2-5 yrs)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Figma for UI/UX design. Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and sound/music editing to enhance storytelling through visuals.
- Strong drawing and illustration skills for custom graphics, icons, and detailed visuals.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to provide innovative design solutions that engage users.
- High level of attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, UI/UX, illustration, and motion graphics.
- Portfolio that demonstrates your best work in Digital & Graphic Design. Motion Graphic knowledge will be a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills to effectively articulate and justify creative decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Blender 3d are a plus. Ensures upskilling on latest tech and softwares.
