PatSeer - Executive - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
JD For Customer Success Executive :
Roles & Responsibility :
- Gain full expertise and have a thorough understanding of PatSeer platform
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers, replying to inbound queries.
- Assist and work with customers to ensure their end user objectives are being met with the product. Also provide guidance on solving their day-to-day IP workflow challenges
- Ensure customer satisfaction and also educate them about new or existing functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Mandatory Skill Set :
- Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skill Set :
- Patent knowledge or experience
- Any certification in Patent or AI will be plus point
- Patent knowledge and/or Experience in the field of patent searching, analytics
- Any certification in Patent related courses or AI related courses for example, Chat-GPT prompts training, will be plus point
- Aid with the development of new features and/or tools and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
