Role: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0-1 Year

Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue business opportunities on bidding platforms.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., is a plus.
