Job Roles :
- To source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations.
- To follow up with all the customers/clients the team have brought onboard and help them get their solutions in coordination with the Pataa team.
- Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to utilise customer insights and market intelligence to contribute to the product roadmap.
- To handle RFPs.
- To compose tender documents and customer proposals.
- To manage contract negotiations.
- To administer client accounts.
- Client retention, customer experience, and all other such things to be taken care of by him/her, while he/she can assign or coordinate with the CX team or other teams in Pataa.
- Must have Project management skills.
- Must have a goal oriented approach.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's future sales plan.
- Keeping well informed of general technical developments, company products and services.
- To utilise the deep technical acumen to educate the team on the product, competitors, prospects.
- Help automate, integrate, and drive business growth (and profit) through strategic plans and forecasts to identify and produce a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Targeting customers from different industry sectors like Logistics, E-commerce, Automobile, Financials, Health Care, Hospitality industry, etc.
Impact :
As a business development head, you will directly impact the sales driven by the organisation by maintaining relations with our existing clients while acquiring new ones. Your impact will also be on the team as you will help them develop their skills to increase sales.
Job Specifications :
- Master's degree from IIM or any top business school.
- Graduation done in a technical field like B.Tech or B.E., will be an add-on.
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Any certificate or qualification into maps and navigations will be an add-on.
