- Canada Shift Timings (Night travel allowance + dinner facility at premises)
Working Days : 6 (Mon- Fri work from office and 1 day Work from home)
Job Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers over the call in a friendly and professional manner to address their queries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Issue Resolution : Investigate and analyze customer issues, providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to resolve problems promptly.
- Product/Service Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Maintain Records : Document customer interactions, details of inquiries, issues, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken in the CRM system.
- Problem Solving : Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle challenging customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Quality Assurance : Adhere to established guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability : Be flexible in adapting to changing customer demands, processes, and technologies.
- Targets and Metrics : Achieve individual and team targets for call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in international voice customer service or call center environment is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages could be a plus).
- Active listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
