Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Partnership Program Manager at ToolJet. The Partnership Program Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships, coordinating partnership activities, and fostering strong relationships with partners. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking and analyzing partnership performance, and identifying new partnership opportunities. Some work from home is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with partners.
- Design and implement partner programs and incentives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics.
- Organize partner training and events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in partner management or business development.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS and developer tools ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
