As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing partnerships which require identifying new potential with OEM segments and developing scalable account management strategies for the company. You will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, alliance integration, and customer service, to drive great customer experience for the partners.
What you will do:
- Leading partnership and strategic alliances.
- Building new relationships across geographies and leading initiatives with partners which mutually benefit both the parties.
- Increasing long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.
- Developing and managing relationships across functional areas including IT Software application installation, marketing, sales and business development.
- Enabling alliance partners to maximize sales and increase partner potential by providing guidance regarding positioning and co-marketing the brand.
- Identification of key alliances - Identifying new partnership opportunities for the company by developing a business case for the partnerships and initiating discussions with partners.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- 2-5 Years of relevant experience as a Partnership Manager.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic alliances, identifying partnership opportunities and evaluating the benefits of association.
- Experience in Identifying opportunity for up selling and cross selling.
- Be able to actively participate in Business Development by identifying new sales pitches, leads and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
- Prior experience in Business Development will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sector and product-based company.
- Excellent communication skill.
