Partnership Manager - Sales - BFSI (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Field Engagement :
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing partners to establish and nurture relationships.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and promote partnership opportunities.
Onboarding Process :
- Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the necessary training and support for partners.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and customers, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with business strategies.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
Performance Monitoring :
- Track and analyse the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and partnership outcomes for senior management.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience : 1+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or customer relationship management, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
Skills :
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport.
2. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and travel as needed for fieldwork.
