Partner Sales Specialist
- Cold call list of people, provided by the company, looking to get a personal loan.
- Understand the personal loan requirement of people and the problems faced by them.
- Explain to them the different loan products the company has to offer.
- Persuade them to meet our partner agents on the ground to take their requirement further.
- Log all the details in the system and fix up a meeting between the customer and partner agent, using the tools and process provided by the company.
What are we looking for in you?
- Previous experience in Telecalling and Telesales
- Good communication skills
- Good persuasion skills
- Ability to empathize and listen to the customer
- Previous experience in selling financial products (Loans, Creditcards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.) is a huge plus
- Willingness to work with a start-up
- Hunger to learn and grow
- Target driven bent of mind
