Partner Relations Executive - Sales - InvestmentTech Platform (1-2 yrs)
Our client is a Bangalore based online debt investment aggregator platform offering high yield and asset backed financial products. It has already facilitated cumulative investments worth over INR 1,000 Cr in corporate bonds for around 50,000 investors.
Founded in 2020 by a team of IITians with rich fintech and startup experience, this new age platform has raised almost $25M in funding from tier 1 investors like Blume, Zerodha, 3one4, Arkam, Better capital etc.
As a Partner Relations Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and leveraging partnerships with financial advisors, IFAs, MF distributors, and other relevant channel partners who have an established client base. Your primary goal will be to tie up with these partners as channel distributors for our investment products, ensuring they understand the benefits and features to maximize client investments.
What you will do:
- Identifying and onboarding financial advisors, distributors, and MFDs capable of distributing company's products to their clients
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Meeting monthly distribution targets to contribute to overall business goals
- Training and educating partners about the features and benefits of Wint Wealth products
- Ensuring no mis selling occurs, maintaining the integrity of company's offerings
- Providing ongoing market feedback to the management team for product enhancement
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Engaging in day-to-day business operations to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What you need to have:
- CA/BBA/MBA (Finance)/ CFA/ Post Graduate
- Minimum 0-1 years of B2B sales experience in financial products
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the financial sector
- Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with partners
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting monthly distribution targets
- Ethical approach to product education and client interaction
- Strong analytical skills to provide valuable market feedback
- Ability to engage in day-to-day operational activities and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Knowledge of financial products with a passion for achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
