BidsandBeyond is a young and growing consulting company, a startup, specialized in Sales Enablement Services. We started last year in Gurgaon and have clients in US and Canada regions. Our services include Proposal/Bid Management, Sales Support, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Knowledge Management and Staffing Services.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities
- To identify potential customers in US and Canada markets
- To draft and implement effective sales strategies/ growth strategies
- To enhance existing sales process
- To strive for a minimum sales targets in the longer run
- To create and manage a strong customer database with CRM
- To manage client relationships at all levels and to attend meetings in US and UK, as and when required.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Proposals/RFP and Sales role
- B2B sales experience or passionate about B2B sales
- Proposal Writing Experience
