Partner Marketing Operations Support (2-4 yrs)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven proficiency with tools and consistent processes for analyzing, assessing, and forecasting a joint pipeline with partners
- Proven program management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, interact and communicate with individuals/groups
- Self- motivated, detailed orientated and driven
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with B-channels systems and process an advantage
Job & Responsibilities :
Assign Item ID- s :
- Assign Item IDs for all approved marketing plans that form part of a Partner's Joint Business Partner Plan.
Partner Communications:
- Send a marketing program confirmation email to Partners that includes:
- The Item ID
- VMware's Development Fund Activity Type
- VMware's funding quarter details
- Approved amount
- Proof of performance criteria
Track Partner Marketing Development Funds
- Track that the partner development funds follow approved guidelines in respect to spend against guidance
- Regular reporting on the breakdown of spend against guidelines and Development Fund split guidance
Report on ROI of Partner Marketing Activities
- Report the ROI of Partner marketing activities by Partner on a quarterly basis.
- Report on overall partner pipeline and investment targets
Claims Resolution :
- Resolve outstanding Partner claims that arise as a result of an approved marketing activity being executed
- Work with the Partner on rejected claims and provide assistance with correct Proof of Performance
Partner Satisfaction :
- Ensure partner satisfaction through the resolution of Partner operational queries
- Provide regular training updates on VMware's Global Development Fund guidelines and communicate changes to the program guidelines where applicable to all ANZ partners and distributors
