Partner/Manager - Sales - Cisco/Avaya Solutions
Job Summary :
The Partner Manager shall be accountable for driving business focusing on key OEMs like Cisco, Verint, Avaya, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Symantic,HP. Focus will be on West region and some OEMs responsibility nationally and this would mean managing business for around 8-10M.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To manage key OEMs business plan for west region and grow niche OEMs plan
- Responsible to focus and drive UC, Data Center, Security as a solution in our TMLs along with Account team.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve this objective.
- Work with OEM Architecture Leads, OEM Product team and account team to create new opportunities by way of upsell and cross sell and create larger pipeline.
- Work closely with OTB to ensure timely delivery and shipment against target customer deadlines and those impacting revenue.
- Directly accountable for revenue .
Sales Engagement :
- Work with sales and customer to created new opportunities
- To drive inititative, creation of new solution adoption in our focused customers base.
- End to end responsibility of managing OEMs and top deal and involved in selling at the highest level.
- Improving market coverage, profitability, customer satisfaction
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Technical & Functional Skills & Certifications
Must have extensive experience in :
- Business Development
- Have been in sales and past experience in handling accounts
- Understanding of Unified Communications Solutions around Voice, Video, Contact Center, Telephone, BYOD solutions, Data Center
Must have experience on largely selling Cisco, Juniper, HP, Symantec, Polycom, Avaya which are our focused partners.
- selling our offerings (Voice networking, Contact Center, Video Conferencing, Unified Communication, Webex, Jabber, Converged Communication).
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Handling large accounts and customer facing.
Education, qualifications, and certifications
BE and Post graduate in management
Experience :
1) Minimum 10 years experience in Sales/Channel
2) Exposure to areas like Unified Communication, DATA and Voice networking, Security, Contact Center, Video Conferencing, etc
3) Domain knowledge of UC
