Partner Horse Power - Executive - Telesales (2-3 yrs)
As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals with business-to-business (B2B) clients over the phone. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell products or services to prospective customers, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential B2B clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. Generate sales leads and gather relevant information to qualify prospects.
Consultative Selling : Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate product or service solutions. Utilize a consultative selling approach to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits.
Sales Pitch and Presentations : Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Clearly articulate product features, advantages, and benefits to highlight the value proposition.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Nurture leads, address inquiries, and provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
Sales Closing : Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within designated timelines.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to prioritize activities and ensure timely follow-up.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product and strategy improvements.
Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide valuable insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry best practices, and sales techniques. Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance selling skills and stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven work experience as a B2B telesales executive or similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Sound knowledge of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
