Partner Engagement Specialist - Corporate Sales - Recruitment Firm (0-2 yrs)

We're looking for a young & dynamic individual to join as a "Partner Engagement Specialist" in our fast emerging HR technology startup hiringplug-
About the position
- This is a Sales & Strategic Business development role.
- To work directly with the leadership team and conduct Business Development activities.
- This is a core team position to be part of our growth story & an opportunity to disproportionately grow in your career.
Key responsibilities :
A. Strategic Business Development :
- Acquiring clients by identifying strategic prospects & evangelising our proposition to HR leaders & recruitment firms across India
- Working on achieving revenue and conversion goals
- Customer relationship management
Desired / Ideal profile :
- Person must possess Excellent communication skills & be result oriented
- MBA (Marketing / HR) candidates who are sharp, well spoken, customer-centric and have the passion to learn & contribute in an emerging startup.
- Outstanding freshers from leading DU colleges may also apply.
- Overall experience of up to 2 years
- Relevant experience in Business Development in the HR domain / Recruitments, Online products, corporate sales or specialization would be an added advantage (but not mandatory).
- Based in New Delhi. Local and domestic travel may be required
- Should be self-motivated, high on integrity and be passionate to perform and grow significantly
