Partner Engagement Manager - Advertising Firm (4-9 yrs)
- The content partnerships team is responsible for ensuring Mi TV users enjoy content on their devices across multiple content categories comprising TV shows, movies, music videos, live content platforms and regional content players among others via PatchWall - Mi TV's proprietary OS . To add it, onboarding and acquisition of market leaders and strong niche content creators and/or platforms on PatchWall. Also, engage with existing content partners. We work closely with top OTT apps in India such as Hotstar, Voot, SonyLIV, Jio, and more.
- As the content partnerships and engagement manager, you- ll manage acquisition and onboarding of local, national and global content partners on Mi TV and help in ensuring PatchWall's content stickiness. This also includes managing and driving innovation in PatchWall's user journey by projects such as payment integrations, promotional offers, co-branded promotions and more.
Role and responsibilities :
- Identifying business and content opportunities for PatchWall and offer solutions while working with internal teams and external partners
- Managing business relationships with OTT apps, platform providers and any content owners. Also, work with the business team leads and product teams to constantly innovate on PatchWall's content and business strategies.
- Driving projects and relationships independently
- POC of PatchWall's business vertical with external clients
- Meticulous presentation skills and crisp written and oral communication skills.
- This role will require constant interaction with senior professionals from the industry. Hence a person who is dynamic, outgoing and highly confident is a pre-requisite.
Must-haves :
- A deep understanding of the content landscape, especially online and digital content, in India
- Understanding of technology and how content integration technology works
- Data-driven analysis and decision-making
- Highly adaptive and open to learning new skills
Skill set :
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management or an alliances role
- Experience in securing, sustaining and growing partnerships through negotiations
- Support the team lead in developing proposals, pitching for partner acquisition, contract development and execution from end-to-end
- Ability to effectively influence, collaborate and work with diverse stakeholders internally
