Parsh Technologies - Community Manager (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking for a digital-savvy community manager to take control of our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. The community manager will be responsible for aligning all company communications, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. You will be the first point of contact for online followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community.
Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain a community content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and preferences, and adjust community management strategies accordingly.
- Create engaging and creative content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
- The optimisation of natural referencing (SEO) and Google Adwords (SEA) in connection with the social networks he manages
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests on time and also monitor online reputation and respond to negative feedback or complaints.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
- Actively communicate with the marketing team and provide regular feedback on content, graphic design, and other relevant aspects to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and execute events, contests, and other community-building activities.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns including competitions, giveaways, and other community-building activities, to increase engagement and reach.
Qualifications and skills :
- A degree in communication, English, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields may be required.
- Experience with Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, YouTube and other social media platforms is essential.
- Knowledge of Hootsuite or similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms.
- Proficient in Google Analytics.
- At least 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
- Superb time management skills.
- Master the platforms on which it communicates
- Be curious and on the lookout for new things
- Possess a high level of general knowledge
- Knowing the techniques of monitoring and research
- Be able to express yourself both orally and in writing;
- Know the web marketing tools that complement its action (CMS, emailing )
