Parnassian Ventures - Vendor Onboarding Specialist (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential vendors via email, phone calls, website inquiries, and other relevant platforms to introduce our e-commerce business model and onboard them successfully.
2. Onboarding & Conversion: Engage with vendors to understand their product offerings and business goals, and convert them into active sellers on our platform by meeting set targets.
3. Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, shipping, payment terms, and other key contractual elements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, providing support and resolving any issues to foster ongoing partnerships.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly onboarding targets, actively contributing to the growth and expansion of our vendor base.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce and sales teams to align vendor offerings with market demand and promotional strategies, driving increased sales.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new potential vendors, and competitive analysis to continuously improve the onboarding process.
8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, agreements, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports on onboarding progress and sales generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
