Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand product compilation, their technicalities and application
- Understand customer requirements and present solutions appropriately
- Understand transaction discipline of Parmanand, and communicate same to clients and professionals
- Being an effective communication link between clients, billing and logistics
- Ensure all transactions and advances are reconciled as per company guidelines
- Escalate customer concerns and feedback to the Sales Manager
- Periodically follow up with clients on conversions of proposals, in tandem with Sales Manager
- Consistently update oneself of the new product solutions and their technicalities thereof
- Consistently upscale and polish ones presentation skills and sales talk related to product categories
- Consistently train oneself upon the market segment targeted in co-relation to the product line offered
- Consistently identify new product improvements in industry by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Maintaining quality service by complying with standards set by Parmanand
- Maintain customer accounts with error free solutioning and transactions
- Maintain and develop strong relationship with clients and professionals
- Ensure customer data is collected
- Ensure billing is done on the correct price of products
- Ensure relevant discounts are correctly reflecting on invoice
- Ensure tallying of receipts with orders, identifying inconsistencies if any
- Ensure sale returns are as per sales policy
- Ensure SOPs are adhered
- Ensure discrepancies if any with clients are escalated and resolved
- Align with teamwork at the workplace towards a common objective
- Groom as per Parmanand standards and adhere to the code of conduct
