Park+ - Team Leader - Sales (1-8 yrs)
1. Identify, hire, train, and manage a team of Park+ buddies
2. Activate Park+ buddies to serve in the car at identified parking lots
3. Motivate, engage and drive daily targets for each buddy in your team
4. Sort out market-related, permission related and operational challenges
5. Onboard merchants (F&B Takeaways, Grocery, and other essentials) for respective markets, sign terms of trade, margin negotiations, etc
6. Oversee marketing activations at market locations driving app installs, customer education, brand visibility, and merchant visibility
7. Manage incoming orders, order fulfillment, handle a team of order processing associates, promoters, and temporary staff members
8. Update daily MIS - for users transaction, manage opening & closing balances
9. Customer satisfaction - Work tirelessly towards ensuring customer delight
