Park+ - Manager - Corporate Relationship (2-6 yrs)
About the Role:
- Plan upsells, grow new revenue streams and drive revenue growth month-on-month
- Delivering presentations/training and demonstrations to clients and relevant stakeholders
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service or idea and drive initiatives at the designated clientele
- Extensive travelling across the assigned geography to meet the clients/customers and resolve queries and issues
- Collaborate with maintenance and installation teams for efficient project execution
- Scheduling and executing marketing campaigns on sites that are on-boarded in the system
- Ensure all maintenance and site infrastructure is well maintained and tasks are completed within the assigned timelines
- Generating revenues by selling Add-Ons and new services to the clients and meeting activation targets
- Share regular reports on customer feedback about products/services with management and other Factors Influencing Client Acquisition
- Monitoring and driving personal KRAs with 100% compliance
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and interface with decision-makers for repeat business
Key Competencies required :
- Relationship management in a particular geography
- Cross-functional collaboration for the execution of projects and new initiatives
- Manage on-ground operations and maintenance activities
- Key Account management and upsell from the existing client portfolio
- Client engagement and B2B sales and operations
Preferred Skills:
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings
- Min. 2-6 years of experience in Sales/brand activation/business development
- Right exposure to handle customer expectations and work on resolution by aligning with internal stakeholders
- Proven track record and working experience as a relationship manager
