Pariksha - State Head - Category Manager (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the P&L of the assigned state
- Come up with strategic ways to increase the revenue of the state
- Increase target specific audience for the state
- Research and analyze data
- Search for insights into consumer needs and wants
- Manage teams and ensure they work efficiently.
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
Requirements :
Minimum experience of 3 yrs.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales operations and processes.
- Hands on experience with analyzing data and making forecasts.
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Problem solving and always learning mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in the colloquial language
- Engineering degree or MBA from premier institute (preferred)
- Has prepared for any Competitive exam (Preferred)
