Paramount Associates, a leading real estate consultancy in Gurugram, is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to generate quality leads in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive client engagement and generate potential leads for our properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and optimize lead-generation campaigns using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance conversion rates.
- Create compelling content for digital campaigns, including ad copy, blogs, and social media posts to engage the target audience.
- Edit and produce high-quality visual content (photos and videos) for marketing campaigns across social media and websites.
- Manage and monitor budgets to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) from digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in real estate.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging ad copy, blogs, and social media posts.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software to create visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of real estate trends and audience targeting will be a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
