Business Development and Sales Planning
- Oversee conversion of high-value B2B leads and close sales deals in regions like China and Europe.
- Devise and implement required strategies for new business development, liaise with clients to communicate PaperTrue's value proposition
Process Design and Implementation
- Identify process gaps, modify and develop new processes / systems to improve accountability and business results
- Recommend IT systems / infrastructure to enable faster processing of sales tasks and for the generation of MIS reports through relevant automation
MIS / Management Reporting
- Report to the management (quarterly) and update stakeholders about target achievement, KPI compliance and seek process change approvals
- Gather and present weekly sales performance reports to the management and discuss forecasts developed for upcoming periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
