Designation: Customer Service and Sales Executive

Type: Full-time

Location: Pune

Qualification: Any (Some background/qualification in Sales/Operations would be preferable)

Experience: Fresher's or Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

- Manage the chat, phone and email to ensure conversion of potential leads into customers.

- Provide customer support via chat, phone and email.

- Ensure timely delivery of service to customers.

- Update operations and sales related data.

- No field work or any off-site responsibilities.

Desired Profile of Candidates:

- Strong communication and sales skills.

- Candidates must be self-motivated and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle demanding tasks on tight deadlines.

Salary: 2-3 lac per annum

Work Schedule: Rotational Shift between India, UK and US.
