PANTech - Manager - Influencer Marketing (1-6 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing - Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, locate, and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent
- Design end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support marketing initiatives, and brand objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of influencer partnered events and digital campaigns that coordinate with branded initiatives and objective to ensure delivery
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators
- Coordination with internal teams as per the campaign requirements
- You will lead the influencer campaign, collaboration plan and performance metrics, on day to day basis
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators
- Implement standards for Influencer activity, as per the brand brief and marketing objective
- Define the Influencer ecosystem internally and externally at the PAN India level
- Attain strong understanding of cross market influencer strategy by working on fastest growing and diversified category

Skills and Abilities Required :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Experience in a marketing or communications role, working with influencers
- Ability to lead a vision and strategy and to be hands-on to get things done
- Experience with influencer costs, what factors drive pricing and how to adjust scopes of services appropriately in a negotiation
- Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of various social media channel, category of influencers and decision-making metrics.
