Panoramic Group - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager - Outbound Tour Operations (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Handling of operations and post sales for outbound International tours
2. Addressing traveler queries by carrying out dedicated and relevant research on each of the travel destinations.
3.Prompt follow-ups at committed time with travelers.
4. Being well - versed with essential and basic travel inquiries related to prices, weather conditions, reviews etc.
5. Understanding client specifications and suggesting suitable holiday package(s) or relevant service.
6. Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them
7. Responsible for Operations of all international tour packages for FIT/Group/MICE bookings
8. Compare & Process Bookings
9. Follow ups with customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
Good knowledge of International Destinations, Agents, DMC & hotels
Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing
Experience of using online systems like GTA, Hotelbeds, DOTW Etc
Basic Knowledge of Visa Process
Ensuring Good Feedback of Guests
