Job Description
Looking for Dynamic Sales / Business Development Candidates with hands on experience into ODC (Out Door Catering ) with 4+ years of work experience.
1. Should have hands on experience into handling Banquet & Out Door Catering Sales.
2. Generating new corporate market / new business development through Cold Sales Calls, Blitzing and Internet & Social Networking.
3. Analysing the market requirement.
4. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the management.
5. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
6. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staffs productivity.
7. Fixing appointments, meeting clients & follow up on the same.
8.Designing & customizing packages as per client requirement on the basis on minimum revenue covered so as to suit client requirement better.
9. Preparing weekly sales report forecasting actual business, tentative enquires & cancelled bookings.
Should have pleasing personality & excellent communication.
Must have worked in restaurant / banquets / hospitality sales.
Must be well versed with corporate F&B package pricing.
Should be mature, energetic & action oriented.
Should be open to Travel Pan India.
Job Location: Thane / Pune (Baner).
