Panjon - Area Sales Manager (3-6 yrs)
1. Responsible for handling overall operations in the assigned State/Area.
2. Prime responsibility will be to appoint S.S/Distributors in assigned Area.
3. Responsible for handling S.S/Distributors and achieving their monthly targets.
4. Responsible for handling Sales team, Target assignment and achievement.
5. Guiding and Motivating team on a regular basis.
6. Imparting training to Company Sales team and distributor sales team.
7. Responsible for increasing number of O/L as per Annual Operational Plan.
8. Ensure proper placement and display of Company's products at shops.
9. Responsible for achieving Secondary targets weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
10. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
